This project involved removing the bevels and color from an old existing prefinished maple floor. Uncovering this beautiful maple floor was a labor of love but truely worthwhile! The floor was finished with a product affording the appearance of a real raw wood look! A special UV block additive was incorporated to ensure against future oxidation issues as well as a ceramic top coat for added protection. Now this family can enjoy many years of making great memories on what has now become a remarkable transformation! Special shout out to my very special Ms. Sandman, Julia for all of her very talented work on this project. Promises made, promises kept! Team Mr. Sandman, Anthony, Jacqueline and Julia Magaro aka Mr, Mrs and Ms. Sandman respectively

This project involved, a red oak floor stained dark walnut to compliment the existing hallway, family room and dining room. Flush vents were also installed. Onto the next project! Still sanding, Anthony Magaro, a.k.a. Mr. Sandman

This project involved the removal of two floors in the kitchen, installing red oak to bring the level flush with the dining room and built a custom transition plate into the prefinished floor at the great room. I replaced quite a few termite boards in the family room for a seamless repair! I then added red oak shoe at the baseboard as well. I also installed a flush plate perpendicular and matched lines on either side of the dining room to kitchen …a nice touch. Now this family and others can enjoy walking smoothly from dining room to kitchen to great room with ease. Happy to make their dreams come true! Still sanding, Anthony Magaro a.k.a. Mr. Sandman
