Briefly describe the scope of your work and which system you chose:Basically our entire main floor: chestnut in living / dining / study rooms, and pine in kitchen, all done with patented wet sand
Workmanship & attention to detail:The wood floors, including a small spot where wood had to be replaced look amazingly better. There were some spots to finish on our basboards where I'll have to touch up paints as expected.
Timeliness & Communication:Except for arriving 90 minutes or so later that expected on the first day, I always got courtesy texts and he pretty much showed up. Whole process then took 3 days work (plus 24 hours curing) We understood it would be 2 days work. Some of came from the 1st days late start and some from needed repair.
Dust/dirt control:Quite good!
